The Bribery Act 2010 - FCL fully complies with the UK Bribery Act, 2010. We have proportionate procedures in place to prevent bribery through existing strict controls over company expenditure and accounting. Our accounts are audited by an independent, chartered accountants annually. As a matter of policy FCL does not employ commercial or third party agents.
Modern Slavery Act 2015 – FCL has zero tolerance in relation to human trafficking and slavery. FCL ensures that its operations and supply chain are in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act of 2015 and free of human trafficking and slavery.
