At Finglow Consultants Ltd (FCL), we strongly believes in the necessity for moral values in our business decision making. The following principles govern all aspects of our business life:

Economic & Social impact  - we shall contribute to social advancement of those countries in which we operate by creating productive employment. We have a responsibility to those communities and countries to respect human rights and democratic institutions and to abide by both international and domestic rules.

Community Involvement - we aim to have a positive impact in communities where we conduct business. We support and volunteer with selected local charities and organisations.

Business Behaviour – we operate all aspects of our business with sincerity, truthfulness and transparency.

Respect for the Environment - we aim to improve the environment by ensuring our business operations are environmentally friendly and by preventing wasteful use of natural resources.

Treatment of Others – we believe in treating our clients, our suppliers and our employees with dignity and respect. We believe in taking concerns and interests of others seriously. We believe that our relationships with others must be based on mutual respect. We therefore have a responsibility to seek fairness and truthfulness in all our activities. We believe in co-operation, teamwork and trust.

The Bribery Act 2010 - FCL fully complies with the UK Bribery Act, 2010. We have proportionate procedures in place to prevent bribery through existing strict controls over company expenditure and accounting. Our accounts are audited by an independent, chartered accountants annually. As a matter of policy FCL does not employ commercial or third party agents.

Modern Slavery Act 2015 – FCL has zero tolerance in relation to human trafficking and slavery. FCL ensures that its operations and supply chain are in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act of 2015 and free of human trafficking and slavery.
